‘Honesty is often very hard.
The truth is often painful.
But the freedom it can bring is worth the trying’ – Fred Rogers
Honesty and CFW
I will be honest and I expect you to be honest in our coaching conversations and coaching relationship.
Every single client of mine started here, where you are now, with a deep and honest hope or desire to change or improve something in their life.
I also know the place where you are, because I have been there.
Searching for something is human. It is a part of life and living.
Honest searching within is brave, because we cannot predict what we might come across.
Truly: once you choose for honesty, you will transform yourself & your way of living.
Honest words
Words can sound easy, perfect and grand, yet at the same time not feel real, true or achievable.
To read or hear, is one thing.
To feel, believe and experience is another.
My words and my life are not perfect.
I am, like you and like each of us: a perfectly imperfect human being.
I have not got my whole self nor my life figured out.
Hence, when we coach, we will work as equals who welcome each other as we are.
Connect to know the truth of these honest words.
Honest actions
Over the years, I have faced some tough personal events, choices and decisions.
Thanks to the learning from these events, I now live my life with more self-care, freedom, voice, strength, trust, joy and growth.
You too can choose your next honest actions with regards to your personal development & happiness.
Honest actions & honest words become inseparable once they unite.
And they will unite when you live from your within.
Honesty inspires others
Honest living & communicating inspires others to do the same. And it will transform how others see you.
Once you reach your place of honest living, you will no longer accept less than your unique worth.
You will no longer tolerate nor condone individuals who belittle, silence or manipulate you – nor those who hinder your growth.
You will know who you are, where you want to go & how you want to live.
