‘Inaction is paralysis.
CFW supports active decisions
to keep moving & improving’ – Yvo
First – Good to Know
My clients know that during each coaching conversation they:
- enjoy their uninterrupted creative thinking time
- gain stimulating insights
- explore empowering choices
- make impactful decisions
- achieve realistic outcomes
- celebrate their achievements
- look forward to their next productive conversation
CFW conversations are always motivating, uplifting and empowering.
A single coaching conversation initiates empowering changes.
Imagine, the catalytic impact of committing to several or repeated conversations…
… this vision becomes reality for my clients who commit to meeting regularly.
They thrive on the accelerated rate of progress in their lives, whilst enjoying a truly enjoyable coaching relationship.
My clients and I agree that all professional & personal happiness follows from committing to heart work.
So, as your coaching momentum increases, more dreams and intentions will manifest.
And a strong sense of personal ownership, responsibility, accountability and pride are shaped at the same time.
As with all growth: the more you put in, the more you get out.
Second – Good to Know
Each client – an individual or a couple – brings their unique personal life and work situation.
Consequently, each of my coaching relationships is unique.
Uniqueness defines CFW – a service in which coach and clients work as equals.
My service is uniquely welcoming.
I do not offer an online calendar, but instead – on receiving your Join Me Contact Request – I call you so that we can feel & shape our connection from the very start.
Your coaching success entirely relies on speaking freely, whilst feeling safe, understood and respected.
This is why I believe in direct, unrushed, personal first contact: we take time to discover what you want, how we will create this and how to proceed.
Because CFW is all about working from the heart & from within, instantly the choice to work voice-to-voice, heart-to-heart and face-to-face together with me, is yours.
From the onset, my clients also receive clarity about the complete coaching process.
CFW’s ground rules, mutual expectations and responsibilities are described in the Coaching Agreement – a document signed by coach and client.
CFW’s uniqueness is also represented by its:
- wide client base which includes children, couples, students, single parents, divorcees, widowers, retirees, the ill, carers – Everyone is welcome.
- ability to offer 5 European languages – Everyone feels at home.
Third – Good to Know
With each face-to-face conversation, you can choose a location and – should you wish to, also an outdoor or indoor activity.
Here are some examples of activities my clients have enjoyed:
- drawing, sketching, water colours
- swim or dip & hot cuppa
- paddle boarding
- river, country or seaside walk (Milly, my friendly family dog can join us too)
- cafe & coffee & cake
Fourth – Good To Know
I encourage my clients with successfully combining my service with any already existing counselling, therapy, mental and physical well-being commitments.
My clients who do mix & match services, report achieving results faster and reaching brand new insights. They also enjoy implementing their personally created – and often more practical – techniques.
Another common experience is that my clients prefer CFW’s focus on their present & future, as it allows breaking from cyclically experiencing their past. This stimulates effective processing and the development of new perspectives and behaviours.
Fifth – Good To Know
Reminder, each coaching conversation
- will go at the pace you set
- will cover the content you choose
- will be uplifting, productive and creative
- will lead to outcomes and results
The practice of my coaching process is simple, natural and positive.
And each conversation outcome, is your personal success.
A gentle ‘health warning’:
Please be aware of the irresistible joyous impact of your CFW coaching success.
Because you will notice its contagious influence on other areas of your life.
